Acer’s 230 million nails purchased 3 shop in Xiefei Building

The Aberdeen Building in Wanchai, which is being applied for by Acer Capital (02288), has invested 228 million yuan to purchase the 3rd floor. The successful completion of the “Pull-Pull” unified project will be rebuilt into a commercial building of approximately 49,000 square feet.

According to the Land Registry, the ground floor of the Sheffield Building at 216, 218 and 220 Jaffe Road, Wan Chai was sold for $228 million. The buyers were Acer Capital. The developer applied for a strong shot of the property to the court last month. It added 3 plots and successfully reorganized the entire ten-storey and 42 residential properties of the building with about 2.8 billion yuan.

The project site area is 3,267 square feet. If the commercial development plot is 15 times, it is estimated that it can rebuild about 49,000 square feet of commercial buildings.
