Causeway Bay Yu You Taiwan to rebuild 19 groups

The consortium made a request for redevelopment to the Town Planning Board at Causeway Bay Dahong Road, which proposed a single-storey residential building with 19 large-scale flats.

Located at 56 Tai Hang Road, it is learned that the property is held by the owners of the Young King Wu, a family of young people, for long-term rent collection. It is now a four-storey building with 16 residential units with a floor area of 7,539 square feet. Applicants plan to redevelop the building and apply for a 10% floor area with a total floor area of about 1,940 sq ft and an average area of about 1,000 sq ft.

Which will be used for parking lot, the rest of the floor for the residential, the construction of 19 groups, including 2 to 4 rooms duplex units.
