Midland net profit increased by 30% to send 3.2 cents

Midland (1200) announced interim results. During the period, revenue recorded a year-on-year growth of 0.9% to 2.803 billion yuan, net profit increased by 30% year-on-year to 150 million yuan, earnings per share was 20.95 cents, and interim dividend was 3.2 cents. The company said that the improvement in performance was mainly due to the growth in the volume and amount of the residential property market in Hong Kong in the first half of the year.

Another agent, Zhongyuan Group, contributed more than 250,000 transactions in the first half of the year, with a turnover of 606.1 billion yuan, commission income of 10.9 billion yuan, an increase of 18% over the same period, and a profit after tax of 641 million yuan, an increase of 12% year-on-year.
