The building is 22-storey high, with units ranging from 700 to 1,700 square feet. It also has a two-story basement parking lot, which is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2019.
The United Commercial Luo Zhongying said that the price of commercial buildings in the same district, such as the Kowloon Trade Center, is currently about 13,000 yuan. In April of this year, a building with a construction area of about 24,958 square feet changed hands with 324 million yuan.
