Lands Bureau: Hong Kong property market no bubble

The Estate Agents Authority yesterday celebrated its 20th anniversary reception and presented its first award to outstanding real estate agents. Chairman of the Bureau of Lands Surveillance, Mr Leung Wing-cheung, said that through education, the industry will be upgraded.

As property prices continue to rise, Mr Leung believes that there is no bubble in the property market and fewer people in Hong Kong. I believe the government will have corresponding measures to tackle the problem of high property prices. At the same time, the Bureau of Lands Surveillance was established in 1997 and a total of 141 practice notices have been issued so far in the past 20 years to help the industry understand the law enforcement standards of the Council
