Investor Cai Boeng purchased the parking lot and shops of Meisong Court in Tai Wai for about 328 million yuan.

According to market news, Meisongyuan parking lot building and its commercial part, 25 to 35 Meitian Road, Dawei, just changed hands, and the transaction price was about 328 million yuan. The project provides a total of about 385 parking spaces with a retail space of approximately 1,100 square feet. It is understood that the tenants operate convenience stores, parking spaces and shops have a total rental income of about 12 million yuan. The new buyer is a senior investor Cai Booneng. The original owner was the Mainland Hengli Group. Two years ago, the project was purchased from the Link Exhibition (00823) for 204 million yuan, and the profit of the two years was about 124 million yuan.
