The transformation of Wong Chuk Hang is accelerated. Last year, Acer Capital (02288) purchased the Boda Center Industrial Building, which was approved for the demolition of floor papers. It is expected to be rebuilt into a commercial building of 107,000 square feet. Industrial buildings such as Lianxing Industrial Building were also acquired by the consortium and planned to be rebuilt.

The Bunda Center, located at 23 Wong Chuk Hang Road, was tendered by the former owners last year. It was later acquired by Acer for $1.48 billion and the floor price was about $13,800. According to the information of the Buildings Department, the project has recently approved the dismantling consent form for the demolition of flats, which means that the redevelopment project can be implemented.

According to the information, the construction site has a land area of 7,148 square feet. Since the original owner has been granted a land premium of $10.47 million for commercial use, the developer is now re-constructed and will not be able to re-develop the land price. It is a commercial building with 107,000 square feet.
