Kwun Tong Kwai Tong rebuild the first phase of application pre-sale

On the other hand, Phase 2C of Lunar New Horizon, Long Island, also applied for pre-sale in November covering 538 units and is expected to be completed by the end of December next year. In addition, the projects including the Hengdian Tangram Village Project in Hengdian and No. 3 Fei Ngo Shan Road outside China Overseas Shipping were all pre-applied for paper-based applications last month with 16 and 5 partners respectively. It is estimated that the project will be completed by the end of September 2018 and the end of October next year. The 4 newly-applied pre-sale sites provide a total of about 1,583 units.

Liu Jiahui, chief analyst of Midland Realty, pointed out that as the number of flats approvals rose by 2 months, the total number of flats reached 16,185 in the first 11 months of this year. At present, it is second only to 17,008 units last year, maintaining a steady 13-year high. It is expected that there will still be projects approved in December. It is believed that the number of pre-sale flats approved for the full year surpassed the level of last year and further advanced to a 13-year high record.
