Tin Shui Wai District 112 area to be raised commercial floor

New Land (00016) has proposed a new scheme for the residential area of Tin Shui Wai District 112, which will be allocated for the commercial use of some residential flats and the number of units will be reduced to 2,031, but will be added to the house design.
