Deng Chengbo 70 million to buy the old building in Sham Shui Po

The acquisition of the old building has continued to be active. The senior investor, Tang Chengbo, has purchased a number of floor shops and upstairs residential units in the Sham Shui Po Building in Sham Shui Po Estate for $70 million. It is expected to acquire the remaining title and redevelop the commercial and residential development.

The new buyer is Zhongrun Co., Ltd. and the registered director is Zheng Zhiwei. I believe that it is a person related to Xindi (00016). The building is adjacent to the Kennedy Town MTR station. The property is about 55 years old and has a certain reconstruction value.
