May property sales registration is expected to be more important

Huang Liangsheng, Senior Co-Director of the Central Plains Real Estate Research Department, said that as of the 29th of May, the registration of 9398 building sales and purchase contracts (including residential, parking spaces and industrial and commercial properties) was temporarily recorded. It is estimated that about 10.3 million registrations will be recorded in May. Compared with the 9911 cases in April, the increase is about 3.9%. It is expected to be 11,581 cases in November 2012, and the first time in about 6 and a half years.
