More than enough: property prices to retreat at least 4 to 6 seasons

The volume of second-hand property fell to less than 200 in the previous month, and the new disk was sluggish, reflecting that the confidence in home ownership has clearly weakened. The author believes that the adjustment of property prices has begun. However, since 66% of the owners in Hong Kong have completed the building, the adjustment of the property price will not be too fast. However, in terms of adjustment time, the property price may have to run at least. It will not be completed in the 4th to 6th seasons. It will definitely not be the same as the 2015-2016 period.

Recently, I discussed with my friends to buy a building in a big city in Canada. During the conversation, everyone thought that the price of property in Vancouver on the west coast of Canada had risen too much. It has far exceeded the affordability of the average family and it is not worth buying. On the other hand, Toronto on the east coast can be considered because the city is rich in inclusiveness and more suitable for immigrants. In addition, Toronto is Canada’s economic center, so whether it is financial, commercial, transportation, media, software, education, tourism, medicine and other industries have considerable advantages, which also explains that many Hong Kong people like to immigrate to Toronto.

Toronto property prices have risen a lot in the past few years, and the recent rally has slowed down. The author found that in the past two or three years, the price of apartment units in Toronto has risen much higher than other types of buildings, especially in urban areas, the price of apartment units has really risen very fast. After the author’s research, more and more people in Toronto like to live in the urban area, especially close to the city center, because of the convenience of gathering and eating food. It is no wonder that the urban buildings in Hong Kong are expensive!
