Kwai Chung Temporary site builds 650 public housing estates

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – The Government has allocated more vacant land for housing development. A temporary site for use by a government in Kwai Chung New Kwai Street will provide about 650 flats for public housing projects and is expected to commence as soon as possible in 2019.
