Taikoo Square Reconstruction Planning does not object

Swire Properties (01972) has revised the redevelopment of Quarry Bay Taikoo Square to allocate part of the office space to the outdoor dining area. The overall commercial floor is maintained at 3.58 million sq ft and the Scheme will not be objected to. Rules passed.

In addition, there is a consortium to build 19 houses in a green land on the Hong Kong Road in Sai Kung. It is proposed to relax the rate, involving 30,800 square feet.
