According to the Land Registry, the senior investor Deng Chengbo’s family bought 22 units from 4 to 10, Baishu Street, Mong Kok in December last year. The transaction price of each property was from 2.01 million to 14.55 million yuan, with a total amount of about 148 million yuan. It is expected to be an M&A activity.
