Development Bureau revealed 103 land rezoning residential

In recent years, the government has rezoned land for domestic purposes and increased the supply of public and private residential sites. According to the latest data from the Development Bureau, up to March this year, the Government has identified some 215 sites with potential redevelopment, of which 103 are for residential use or have been completed for rezoning for residential development, providing a total of about 12.22 Million residential units.
