R&F Properties (02777) announced that the total contracted sales in November was approximately 18.19 billion yuan (RMB. The same below), with a sales area of nearly 1.6 million square meters. Compared with the previous month, sales revenue and sales area increased by 109% and 121%; compared with the same period of last year, the two increased by 145% and 167% respectively. This year, until the end of November, the contracted sales amount was about 113.85 billion yuan, and the sales area reached about 8.93 million square meters. Compared with the same period of last year, sales revenue and sales area increased by 55% and 56% respectively.
