Hang Seng Tai Kok Tsui proposed to increase the commercial floor

submitted an optimization proposal on the Cape Cheung Street project in Tai Kok Tsui. It proposed to relax the plot ratio to increase the commercial floor area. The number of dwelling units will be reduced to 520 units. Planning Department will not oppose the project. It is expected to be approved by the Board by Friday.

In the old scheme of the project, two commercial and commercial buildings of 26 floors were originally built to provide 587 units. To increase the floor space of commercial properties, developers proposed to relax the plot ratio to 9 times and increase the total floor area by 7% to 243,000 square feet At the same time, we will build a 25-storey building instead of 520. The Planning Department considers that the EIA report and design meet the requirements and there is no objection to the optimization plan.
