Faster leasing in the retail sector has accelerated. Wanning has rented a 1.25 million hong kong store in Canton Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, and rented it for about 500 yuan. The berths were rented by Chow Tai Fook in the early years, and over the past year and a half, the new rents have fallen by 70%. The recent leases mainly come from middle-to-bottom price items including pharmacies and daily necessities merchants.
Mr. Lau Siu Wai, co-director of Sheraton Wang Pu Agency Co., Ltd. stated that at Shop No. 4, Shop No. 4, Shop No. 4, G/F, Wenli Building, No.86-98 Canton Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, the shop covers an area of about 2,518 square feet, with a monthly rent of about $1.25 million, and the rent is close to $500. The new tenant is Wanning, a personal care product store. The brand has been actively expanded in recent months. As at the beginning of the year, about 2 million yuan per month was used to rent the ground floor of the Arran Centre in Mong Kok, covering an area of 3,600 square feet.
The Wanning rented a Canton Road shop. When the market peaked in 2013, it was granted a rent of RMB 4.5 million per month by Chow Tai Fook. The retail sale was not renewed afterwards. The shop crossed the Kyrgyzstan in September 2016 and won over half a year later. Renting in Wanning, rents dropped by 72%. In recent days, the number of retail sales has improved and the activity of renting in the core area has become more active, such as pharmacies, cosmetics and daily necessities.
Chuan Guanlin’s 51 million purchase of Wong Chuk Hang Industrial Building
In the industrial building, the market recorded a case of celebrities entering the market. The entire middle storey of the Xianghua Industrial Building in Wong Chuk Hang covered an area of 7,226 square feet, and changed hands to approximately RMB 51 million at a price of RMB 7,058. It was reported that the new buyer was the artist Guan Zhilin. In recent years, Wong Chuk Hang Industrial Park has attracted many entertainers to enter the market. Last year, the martial arts star Donnie Yen and the couple purchased about 49.8 million yuan from the top floor of the new industrial building at Wong Chuk Hang, covering an area of about 4,694 square feet, together with more than 3,100 square feet of rooftops. The price is 10,609 yuan.
