The New Territories is a major residential supply town in Hong Kong. However, it was once a residential supply warehouse in Tin Shui Wai. In the past 10 years, there have been no new private residential sales. In recent years, there have only been three self-selling surface and railway projects. A total of 5,746 people are expected to be the fastest. It will be available for sale only two years later. At present, Cheung Kong (01113) intends to redevelop the Kingswood Harbour Plaza Hotel as a residential property, which will increase the residential supply in the district to over 10,000. It will once again become one of the market focus.

SHKP’s 3 projects account for 5,746
