According to the Land Registry, a double parking space on the 4th floor of Shenjing Haojing Garden changed hands to RMB 688,000 in mid-April. The original owner bought the parking space for 880,000 yuan in August last year. The holding of the goods was only about 8 months, and the book loss was 212,000 yuan (about 24.1%).
