Hong Kong Island East Wong Chuk Hang Commercial Building benefited from the development of the Bay Area

The latest report of Jones Lang LaSalle pointed out that Hong Kong’s financial and professional services industry will directly benefit from the development of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macau. Jones Lang LaSalle expects that by the end of 2023, approximately 88% of new office supply will be concentrated in non-core business districts. I believe that Hong Kong Island East, Wong Chuk Hang and Kowloon East will have more non-core businesses for financial, insurance, real estate and commercial tenants. The district is expected to benefit most from the development of the Greater Bay Area.
