SHKP (00016) W212, Tai Fook Building, 212 Texaco Road, Tsuen Wan opened its demonstration units to estate agents and certain customers yesterday and accepted potential buyers’ bids. According to the sources, at least a total of 6 storeys per day were reserved. Among them, buyers reserved two low-rise households with a floor area of about 7,710 square feet for a consideration of 123 million yuan and a price of about 8,000 yuan per square foot. The project has 23 storeys in height and 12 units in the first floor. The unit floor area is about 548 to 925 square feet and the full floor is about 7710 square feet.
