The Central Plains valuation index stabilized at a high level

Huang Liangsheng, senior joint director of Zhongyuan Real Estate Research Department, pointed out that this week’s Central Plains Valuation Index (main bank) CVI reported 85.68 points, down 3.25 points from last week’s 88.93 points, and remained at a high level of 85 points, reflecting the second week after the announcement of the new housing policy. Bank valuations continue to be optimistic. Huang Liangsheng also said that the Sino-US trade war was officially launched on Friday (6th), and the impact on the bank building will be reflected in the CVI next week. However, it is expected that the CVI will not fall sharply, and the bank mortgage will remain positive. The property price rise will continue.
