Excluding the sold-out Guan Tak Court, Changde Bay Kai Tak Court was the most popular among the remaining 5 new housing estates, with 258 units (about 31.7%) sold cumulatively; the slowest sales rate was Fotan Xuhe Court. Only 13 units were sold, accounting for less than 1.6% of the total number of housing estates.
The most flat unit 1.55 million people are not interested
