Private building rents rose 14.5% in 14%

Centaline Property reported that in May the territory of 107 large private housing estates, the effective area of 34.7 yuan per square foot, compared with 34.2 yuan in April rose 1.5%. Rents for three consecutive months hit a record high, and even rose 14 months, up 14.5%.
