OP Mall, the large shopping mall of Cheung Wan West Station, which is owned by Cheung Sha Wan (01113), is expected to open in the third quarter of this year.

Food court is expected to debut in December

Huang Shixing, director of Cheung Kong Real Estate Investment Co., Ltd., said that the shopping mall is 4 stories high and covers 430,000 square feet. Currently, 90% of the shopping malls have been rented. The in-store merchants include the Japanese chain department store, the second branch of Hong Kong, which is located in the mall. On the 2nd floor, it covers an area of about 50,000 square feet. There is a food court in the store, which is expected to open in December. It also includes a hot pot restaurant, Haidilao, which covers an area of about 8,000 square feet and is scheduled to open this year.

Other businesses include Air Fitness, My Gym Premium, Feather & Bone, Ruby Tuesday, Haitian Garden Restaurant and Taste. Huang Sixing said that OP Mall takes CHILL as its market positioning and creates a relaxed and versatile place for consumption and gatherings with a stylish and dynamic young ethnic group.
