In July this year, the profit of second-hand private houses changed by 98%, and fell for two months, a new low in the past six months.
According to Chen Haichao, head of the research department of Lijiage Real Estate, the comprehensive land registration information, in July this year, 1946 cases of second-hand private home transactions registered in the purchase price of second-hand private homes in Hong Kong, a total of 1907 book profits, accounting for 98%, compared with 6 98.2% of the month fell another 0.2 percentage points, falling for two months, setting a new low in the past six months.
As for the average profit of each private home, it rose against the market. It rose by 0.4 percentage points from June and reported 89%, which was an increase for three consecutive months
The New Territories has the highest profit-making success rate in the new district, which is 0.2 percentage points lower than the previous month. Hong Kong Island also performed well, at 98.4%, which was better than the previous month. In Kowloon, the market was underperformed to 96.9. %, down 1 percentage point month-on-month.
Analysed by the resale price of the property, the profit ratio of the two medium- and low-price buildings with a property price ranging from $3 million to $7 million was the best
The same was recorded at 98.8%; the second was between $7 million and $10 million. Within the group, the profit ratio in the month reached 98.6%, which was slightly higher by month.
Chen Haichao pointed out that in August, the violent incident has not subsided, and the Sino-US trade war has been out of season. It is expected that the profit ratio of second-hand private home resale will fall to 97% in August, and the average profit per share is expected to fall back to Less than 88%.
