CSI index expects the property market to continue to hold high positions

The Central Plains Broker Index (CSI) was last reported at 61.61 points, down 1.93 points per week. Huang Liangsheng, senior co-director of the Central Plains Real Estate Research Department, pointed out that CSI bottomed out three weeks ago and rose for a total of 11.46 points in two weeks. It then softened for two consecutive weeks, but the decline was slight, only 3.94 points in two weeks, not the downward trend of property prices.

In the past four weeks, CSI has stabilized between 60 and 65. It is believed that CSI will continue to stabilize above 60 points in the next few weeks, and property prices will continue to be high. If the price rises above 70 points, the property price is expected to resume the upward trend.
