The increase in demand for home purchases has led to active trading in the first half of the year.

It is worth mentioning that in the first half of the year, there were 6 second-hand houses that entered the high-priced list. Among them, one unit of Tsing Yi Hongfu Garden sold for 10 million yuan, a record high. In terms of the amount, the second-hand house sales value of 6 million to 6.5 million yuan in the first half of the year rose the most, recording 4 cases, up 3 times in half a year.
