Xingsheng Kwai Chung Industrial Building Shen Kuan Development Density

After the Government reactivated the revitalization policy, many industrial building owners proposed to relax the density of the project. The Kwai Chung Central Industrial Building, which was held by Xingsheng, applied for a relaxation of 20% density to be rebuilt into a 28-storey industrial building. The Planning Department did not object. It is expected that the chances of passing the Town Planning Board will be high on Friday.

At the beginning of last year, Xingsheng partnered with China Merchants Capital to purchase Kwai Chung Central Industrial Building. Earlier, it applied for a relaxation of the plot ratio from 9.5 times to 11.65 times. It was built into a 28-storey building for industrial and office use. The reconstruction floor has increased to 283,000 square feet. The Planning Department does not object.
