Fifty percent is the first time it has surpassed 4,000 levels since the record in October 2017. Three-bedroom cargo supply is concentrated in the New Territories, with 1,797 in the East New Territories and 1,229 in the West New Territories. The latest volume of tail goods recorded 1,633, a decrease of 127 month-on-month. Among them, the cargo tails in the four districts also recorded declines. New Territories West decreased by 266 month-on-month, and the existing cargo tails were 408. Kowloon is down by 33 month-on-month, and there are 450 tail cargoes. New Territories East decreased by 29 month-on-month, and there were 176 tails. Hong Kong Island reduced by 6 month-on-month.

For the two-bedroom and three-bedroom cargo tails in Hong Kong, only the New Territories East recorded decreases, down by 96 month-on-month, with 2,314 cargo tails. Kowloon and New Territories West increased by 263 and 257 month-on-month, respectively, and there were 2,530 and 1,891 cargo tails. Hong Kong Island cargo tail volume remained at 143.

In the territory, four-bedroom or above new-stock tailings, New Territories East and West New Territories tail-end units increased by 65 month-on-month, and a total of 806 existing tail-end units. The total number of cargo tail units on Hong Kong Island and Kowloon increased by 9 month-on-month.

3,408 cargo tails in Kowloon

Statistics for November 2019. By room type, there were 6,878 tailing units in the two-bedroom and three-bedroom new listings. A total of 1,633 tail stocks were sold for open-plan and one-bedroom new listings, and 1,386 stocks were sold for four-bedroom or above. By district, there were 894 new cargo tails on Hong Kong Island, 3,408 Kowloon, 2,953 East New Territories and 2,642 West New Territories.

The above number is based on the statistics of 120 projects selected from the new disks that were launched for the first time in 2016 and later; a total of 69,934 units. The amount of the order is based on the total number of units in the entire project, not the number of units on the price list. The project’s sales ratio is the number of sales registrations on the “First-hand Residential Property Sales Information Network” divided by the number of sales.
