The Town Planning Board recently received two similar applications from Tsuen Wan, of which Tongliqin Warehouse in Banshan Street applied for relaxation of land plot ratio for reconstruction. A 25-storey commercial building covering 241,500 square feet.

According to the documents, the basement on the 4th floor will be used as a parking lot, while the lobby on the ground floor will be used for restaurants and retail on the first floor.

The applicant stated that the current application to relax the plot ratio by 20% and provide buildings to move backwards to obtain additional floor space in order to make the best use of the space.
